Landmark Development Group of Naples, working with Adrienne Vittadini, has provided a variety of distinctive home plans ranging from 3,300 to 5,500 square feet from the $2 millions.
One- to two-acre homesites are now available in Lindrick, starting in the $800,000s, with custom estate homes from $3 million offered by a selection of master builders.
The Concession is located on the border of Sarasota and Manatee counties, three miles east of I-75.
